The invasion of the safe space of home under Lockdown has left many feeling more like they are “sleeping at the office” than working-from-home! Many have enjoyed the benefits of no commuting and found ways to cope, but as it becomes increasingly clear that working patterns are unlikely to return to pre-Covid norms, short-term coping mechanisms need to be replaced with something more sustainable.

Simultaneously, unmet expectations and challenges around home-life have caused stress levels to soar. With urgency, many could use help to create healthy boundaries and routines, and to develop a more sustainable work / life balance that supports wellbeing and productivity for the long haul.
